Building owner Great Portland Estates commissioned TT Gillard to work with them on a full ground floor restructure of this key commercial property.
Providing high quality offices and TV studio accommodation to media organisations such as Warner Bros, ITV and Channel 4, Grays Inn Road is a continuous hub of activity. The commercial fit-out scheme for this project included a café and informal workspace which contained bespoke joinery items such as banquette seating, oak wall panelling, black metal clad screens & display units. The focal point of the scheme was the bespoke reception desk; clad in custom, hand mixed Terazzo stone and all supplied and fitted by TT Gillard.
