Serving both as the Canada Water Masterplan Project Hub and an extension of the high-quality restoration work, this scheme required careful planning and execution.
The Canada Water Marketing Suite is host to the physical marketing of new homes and an exhibition of the detailed schemes in the Canada Water Masterplan. Showcasing not only the meticulous restoration of the Grade II listed former Dock Managers Office, but also the ethos and aspirations of the whole development, our commercial fit-out brought together the modern and the historic. We undertook all bespoke fixtures and fittings, including staircase refurbishment, wall panelling, tiered bleacher seating, internal doors, AV and credenza units, vanity units, cabinetry and all fit-outs in kitchen, tea point and WC areas.
