Premium construction specialists Knight Build commissioned TT Gillard to supply extensive joinery across the refurbishment of this central London office space.
Home to premier real estate investment firm Crosstree, the design brief for 1 Berkley Street was cool and contemporary. To help deliver this vision we provided immaculately finished, modern joinery throughout the premises. This included acoustic Oak slatted wall panelling, Walnut veneered and fabric wall panelling which flowed throughout the scheme along with Oak & Walnut glazed screens and doors. Communal and social areas such as breakout seating, meeting spaces and the kitchen also received new cabinetry, lockers, a bar, and functional culinary and library units. Finally, striking ceiling features and feature metal divider screens were installed to provide the space with an industrial element to contrast with the elegant design and timeless materials used elsewhere in the project.
